This stage was a much easier walk mostly though rolloung countryside and open farmland. A lot of birds of prey overhead, red kites, a pair of short toed eagles, some common buzzards and loads of kestrels also some extremly fast flying military planes flying faster than the speed of sound apparently to break up the thunder clouds. I think this needs to be fact checked.

Highlights of the day include; an excursion to lac du boucher, a volcanic lake where we dipped our feet in the water and Pam went swimming.
